La Pizzeria101 is named after The Homestead's address: 101 State Highway 80 in New Berlin, NY. With a wood-fired brick oven that gets to 900 degrees and can make pizzas in 90 seconds, or bake bread, or even a whole turkey, the pizzeria features a hand made beautiful bar restaurant featuring Sicilian decor with seating inside for for 22 guests and many more outside.

A wonderful atmosphere to learn new cooking skills like pasta and bread-dough making, or to test your pizza making (and eating!) skills, play bocce, listen to Dean Martin and Frank Sinatra, or just enjoy the magnificent scenery of Upstate New York' rolling hills that brings you right to Italy.
